REPORT ON ANTI-RAGGING DAY AND WEEK CELEBRATION

Celebration of Anti-Ragging Day and Week from August 12, 2025, to August 18, 2025

We are pleased to report that our college successfully observed Anti-Ragging Day and Week from August 12, 2025, to August 18, 2025. The event was organized by our Anti-Ragging Committee, comprising esteemed faculty members Dr. Meena Kalra, Dr. Bhavna Patel, Dr. Swapnil Khengar, Dr. Kirti Soni, and Mrs. Nivedita Chaudhari, who have delivered speech.
Key Highlights:
- *Awareness Programs and Lectures*: Our committee members delivered speeches and conducted awareness programs for students of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th BHMS classes, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a ragging-free environment on campus.
- *Promoting Respect and Empathy*: The programs aimed to nurture a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity among students and faculty, aligning with the University Grants Commission's (UGC) guidelines.
- *Student Engagement*: The events encouraged active participation from students, fostering a sense of community and responsibility in preventing ragging.
- *Committee's Role*: Our Anti-Ragging Committee played a pivotal role in organizing the events, ensuring a safe and supportive academic environment.
Outcome:
The celebration of Anti-Ragging Day and Week was a resounding success, with students and faculty members demonstrating a deeper understanding of the issue and a commitment to upholding a ragging-free campus. We believe that this initiative will contribute significantly to maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere within our institution.
