REPORT OF QUIZ COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY PATHOLOGY & MICROBIOLOGY DEPARTMENT
The Departmental Activity – Pathology & Microbiology
Quiz Competition for 2nd Year BHMS CBDC (2025–26) students was successfully conducted on 20/01/2026 in Classroom No. 3 by the Department of Pathology & Microbiology. The event was conducted by Dr. Divya Gamit under the guidance of Dr. Meena Kalra, Head of the Pathology Department.
Four teams—Team Virulence (A), Team Pathogen (B), Team Immunity (C), and Team Diagnosis (D)—participated in five rounds: Rapid Fire, MCQs, Image-Based Identification, Case-Based Questions, and Final Puzzle Round. The quiz promoted conceptual clarity, clinical application, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
Based on cumulative scores, Team Pathogen (Team B) emerged as the winner. The competition was conducted smoothly in a disciplined academic environment and proved effective in enhancing students’ interest and understanding of Pathology and Microbiology.
