An Awareness Program was jointly organized by the Narcotics Control Bureau, National Cyber Crime Bureau, Special Operations Group (SOG), and Kakrapar Police Station at C.N. Kothari Homoeopathic Medical College for students of 1st BHMS (2025-27) & 2nd BHMS (2025-26) on Date: 12-12-2025, Friday. Dr. Bhavin Modi, Academic Head of the college, delivered the welcome speech and introduced the dignitaries.
The resource persons then addressed the gathering:
1. PI -Mr. S. B. Shaikh, Traffic Police Branch, Tapi District, explained general traffic rules, regulations, and essential safety precautions.
2. PI -Mr. K. G. Limbachiya, SOG Tapi District, presented information on narcotics, drugs, and their misuse.
3. PSI -Mrs. Y. C. Jargella, Mahila Police Station, Tapi District, discussed women’s safety, their team’s functioning, and support mechanisms.
4. PI -Mr. S. M. Sumar, Kakrapar Police Station, provided general safety guidance and awareness tips.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem. The program was anchored by Miss Jignasha Ahire, Intern. The entire event was successfully coordinated by the Activity Committee of the college, Vyara.
