Relation with Poor & Needly People
1	Diabetes Mitra Yojna	This yojna started from 01/01/2005 onwards which provides monthly investigations of FBS, PP2Bs, consultation with just Rs.200/- per annum. Annual Registration of Diabetic patients & regular monthly collected blood FBS/PPBs & members were informed accordingly.
2	Share & Care	Attached with International Trust Share and Care since Last three years(2003)
3	LIFE Trust Rajkot	Attached with this trust which provide us Clothes, Milk, Chhas etc. In connection with we distributes clothes to needy downtrodden 2800 no. of people in interior of Vyara Taluka.
4	Peripheral Dispensary	We run 14 peripheral dispensaries under the name as Chhotalal Virchand Solanki peripheral Dispensary since January 2001 in interior villages of 10 Kms. around Vyara Town. Total no. of 42486 patients were given treatment in last year.
5	Ambulance/ Medicine Van	We have 3 Ambulance and 1 Mobile Van
6	Chiranjivi Yojana	Only for pregnant woman necessary investigations and prescription from pregnant to delivery. Necessary investigation and treatment and health related advice for mother & new born baby. Necessary laboratory investigations, USG, injection, T.T., normal delivery. Deposit only Rs.2000/- for all above facilities.
