Guru Purnima Celebration 2026 Report

Guru Purnima was celebrated with great enthusiasm at C. N. Kothari Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre, Vyara. The programme was attended by all teaching staff, the Activity Committee, and students.
The event began with Deep Pragatya (lamp-lighting ceremony) and was anchored by Ms. Disha Verma, Ms. Feni Nakrani, and Ms. Alpita Solanki (3rd BHMS). Dr. Jyoti Rao, Principal, and Dr. Bhavin Modi, Academic Head, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of Guru Purnima.
Students of 2nd and 3rd BHMS presented a cultural dance performance, followed by the felicitation of teachers by the students. Fun games for teachers and a cake-cutting ceremony added joy to the celebration. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Disha Verma (3rd BHMS) and ended with the National Anthem.
The celebration was a meaningful occasion that strengthened the bond between teachers and students and expressed gratitude for the invaluable contribution of teachers.
