PHC Visit Report 2026

Community Medicine department of C. N. Kothari Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Center, vyara arranged an institutional visit to the Primary Health Center (PHC) at Vyara near Kanja fatak for 1st year BHMS CBDC 26-27 students as part of Foundation Program on October 30th, 2026.
The objective of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of primary healthcare delivery systems in rural India and to understand the role of various health personnel in public health management.

Objectives of the Visit
• To understand the organizational structure and administrative setup of a PHC.
• To study the implementation of various National Health Programs at the grassroots level.
• To observe the maintenance of health records and the Health Management Information System (HMIS).
• To learn about the cold chain system and immunization protocols.
• To understand the integration of AYUSH services within the primary health framework.

This whole program was conducted successfully by community Medicine department.
