1. Introduction & Objective
The Orientation Program for the newly admitted 1st BHMS students (Batch 2026–28) was successfully organized on October 26, 2026, in the College Seminar Hall. The primary objective of the program was to formally welcome the new batch of students and their parents, familiarize them with the academic curriculum and institutional guidelines, introduce the faculty members, and provide insights into the administrative functioning of the trust and campus life.
2. Event Execution & Schedule
The program commenced smoothly at 09:30 AM as per the scheduled itinerary, hosted by student anchor Vishwa Bhavsar (4th BHMS).
Event Flow:
1. Registration & Welcome Routine:
Incoming students and parents were welcomed at the entrance of the Seminar Hall with traditional Tilak by student representatives.
Registration and kit distribution were conducted smoothly at the entrance counter.
2. Dignitaries on Stage:
The stage was adorned by dignitaries: Dr. Jyoti Rao, Dr. Ajay Desai, Dr. Ghanshyam Raval, and Dr. Bhavin Modi.
3. Lighting of the Lamp (Deep Pragatya):
The program formally commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the auspicious beginning of the medical education journey.
4. Addresses & Speeches:
Welcome Speech: Dr. Jyoti Rao extended a warm welcome to all students, parents, and faculty, setting an encouraging tone for the academic session.
Trust & Administration Guidance: Dr. Ajay Desai provided comprehensive information regarding the management, campus administration, and institutional ethos.
Motivational Keynote: Dr. Ghanshyam Raval delivered an inspiring address encouraging students to stay dedicated, compassionate, and disciplined throughout their medical career.
Curriculum & Campus Overview: Dr. Bhavin Modi outlined the BHMS course structure, examination patterns, academic regulations, attendance criteria, and available campus amenities.
