Report on In-House Faculty Development Program

An in-house faculty development program was organized on 21st July 2026 and conducted by Dr. J. J. Jain and Dr. J. R. Rao for the teaching faculty.
Dr. J. J. Jain spoke on innovative teaching-learning methods, domain-based education, and effective classroom teaching with practical examples. Dr. J. R. Rao explained lesson planning and competency-based assessment methods, including formative and summative assessment, CBL, PBL, Mini-CEX, OSCE, OSPE, DOAP, and DOPS.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Amit Rai Shah, Head of the Seminar Committee. The event was anchored by Dr. Swapnil Khengar, and certificates were presented to the speakers and participants.
The program was informative and beneficial for all faculty members.
