International Yoga Day Report 2026
- Yoga for Healthy Ageing
On the occasion of International Yoga Day our college C N Kothari college and research centre celebrated International Yoga Day with enthusiasm and harmony .
In this event all students from 1st 2nd 3rd and 4 th year Bhms , doctors and staff participated . In this program YCB guidelines were followed with Sukshma kriya , Asana , Pranayam , Meditation followed by National song was done . Also staff and students of our college took a pledge to practice Yoga on daily basis . This whole session was conducted by Dr Jyoti Shukla ( Naturopath and Yoga expert) and Dr Piyush Pandya ( Yoga Instructor)
This whole program was arranged by activity committee in coordination with Naturopathy and Yoga department .
